Structural design for the $50 million, four building complex around a courtyard, with 430 units of multifamily housing and 5,000 sf of retail space. Below grade will be 500 parking spaces. There would be three seven-story buildings: one with apartments and two with condominiums. GGLO is designing the condominium buildings, with 136 and 132 units each, and Bumgardner is designing the 159-unit apartment building. The retail space will be a three-story building they call “the jewel box” that would have retail space and a few large housing units. The project has a goal of LEED Silver.
