The Senior Services Building, located in Belltown, is an eight-story concrete building. The first floor, at street level, includes a senior center and limited parking off the back alley. The second and third floors include office spaces. Residential units are located on the fourth through eighth floors. Garden and terrace areas are accessible at the fourth floor and the roof. The structure includes post-tensioned concrete slabs and concrete columns. Concrete shear walls are located at each of the two stair cores. Concrete masonry unit shear walls are also part of the lateral system. The estimated construction cost for the 40,000 sf building is $4 million.
