| Pear Point Beach House
San Juan Island, Washington
This beach house was designed using the foundation of the
home previously on the site. SSF provided structural design
for the repairs to the existing foundation as well as the new
construction portion of the house. The second story height is
minimized by placing second story spaces toward the middle
of the structure, dropping the house as low as possible by
utilizing a curved roof form composed of GLB.
