This project is a midrise mixed-use
building consisting of eight loft-style units. The building
has an exposed structural steel frame, composite floor
decks, and corrugated metal decking at the ceilings.
The project received the 2001 Merit Award from the AIA
Washington Chapter, and was a National Winner in the
2002 Engineering Awards of Excellence sponsored by the
